The advent of farming, especially dairy products, had a small but significant effect on the shape of human skulls, according to a recently published study from anthropologists at UC Davis.

This was a thought provoking post. While I was reading it, I couldn’t help but think of a study by Franz Boas on skulls (especially skull shape.) It would be interesting to see where these archaeological findings take us.
